How it Works
Entecavir is a nucleoside analog, Entecavir can inhibit the enzyme called viral DNA polymerase, it is able to prevent the spread and further spreading of the virus, this then helps to reduce the amount of virus present in the body which leads to lesser damage to the liver
Common Side effects
Patients who take Entecavir may suffer from such side effects;
Sleepy or fatigued feeling,
Nausea, possibly resulting in vomiting
